Asian Youth Games
Today was a total bore. Went for the AYG training, and went to alot of places. The briefing sux, but going to the games venue is still ok. I am 'in-charge' of sailing, basketball and beach volleyball, so I went to National Sailing Centre, Anglican High and SENTOSA(!!!) Siloso Beach respectively.
Then walao my friend Ser Kai went to Jalan Besar Stadium leh! I want go...
In case what you wondering whats all this AYG training is all about, is like we are the Liable Officers(LO) for this AYG, and we have to take care for the foreign athletes coming to Singapore. Our school is in charge of Saudi Arabia(cool!), and we have to learn a bit of Arab to communicate with some of them who dunno how speak English.
So today we went to the Games Venue to know how to escort the athletes to places. And have to know alot of stuff!!! But one thing happy is that my NOC LO (teacher) is Ms Toh, and not some other teacher that i dunno. I was considered quite tyco as Ser Kai is with Ms Nur, and Jing Yi is with some Primary School teacher. LOL!
The only thing im anticipating is to see the athletes competing in this AYG. Cuz besides that still have to go Swissotel which is the Games Village, to do some work. Everyone all wish can go there stay one noght lor.
